Q1.What’s your sample lead time?
7-10 days after we receive sample fee.
Q2.What’s your delivery time?
45-70 days after sample confirmation and 30% deposit received or L/C at sight.
Q3.Do you offer OEM?
Yes, we can offer,more colors/sizes/designs are available.
Q4.Do your toys have any certificate?
Our toys can pass CE/EN71/ASTM/ISO9001/OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100.
Q5.What’s your MOQ?
Usally 300 pcs,also according to our negotiation.
Q6.Do you charge sample fee ?
Yes, we usually charge clients 150$ for sample fee. But we will refund the sample fee until receive your order.
Q7.Why do you charge samples fee?
We need to order the material for your customized designs, pay the printing and embroidery, and we need to pay our designers' salary. Most importantly the sample fee will be refunded to you once order /confirm/ied.
